Shipping & Returns

A delivery charge of SGD4.99 applies. Free shipping for orders above SGD50 within Singapore Island only. Kindly allow 2 to 3 working days for processing and delivery of orders. Shipping may take longer during sale periods and holidays. Shipping charge will increase corresponding to the weight & location of the package.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellation

When can I return or make an exchange of an item? You can exchange or return any item purchased within 3 days of the delivery date. However, any returns and exchanges may be provided only if: - Defective item or incorrect item from the order is on record. - We offer full refunds for defective items. How do I cancel my order? Cancellation of order is not allowed once payment is completed.
